Aviation Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivating leader to fill the role of Aviation Maintenance Supervisor for their facilities near Soweto . This position requires a skilled individual to oversee a team of aircraft maintenance technicians, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, managing resources, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

• Supervise and lead a team of aircraft maintenance technicians , providing guidance and technical support.

• Monitor work progress, manage parts inventory, and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within aircraft maintenance.
