Social Work Supervisor

Our client seeks an experienced and capable Social Work Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of social workers and support staff in the Soweto area. This leadership role involves overseeing case management, ensuring adherence to professional standards, and providing clinical supervision to enhance service delivery. You will play a critical part in guiding the team to effectively support vulnerable individuals and families within the community.

• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to a team of social workers.

• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Current registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) as a Social Worker.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child welfare, family support, and community-based services.
