About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and eager Junior Chemical Engineer to provide essential support to their manufacturing operations in Soweto . • Assist in monitoring production processes and identifying operational issues or deviations.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting manufacturing problems and implementing solutions.
• Conduct data collection and basic analysis related to process performance, yields, and energy usage.
• Participate in safety audits and help maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in updating process documentation, including operating procedures and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with production personnel to ensure smooth operational flow.

• B.Sc. or
  
  B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, internships are highly valued.
• Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in an industrial setting is a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute within a team environment.
