Production Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and hands‑on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their facility in Soweto . This role is vital for ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards within the Manufacturing & Production sector. You will lead a team of production staff, manage workflow, and contribute to maintaining a productive and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the production team to achieve output targets.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor production processes, identify any issues or inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or team lead in a manufacturing or production environment .
