Production Team Leader

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to guide and support a team of production staff at their facility in Soweto . This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line, meeting daily targets for output and quality, and upholding safety standards. You will act as a key point of contact for your team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a productive and positive work environment.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a production team to achieve daily production goals and quality standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and promoting safe work practices.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for team members.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding production status and issues.

• Previous experience as a Production Team Leader or in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
