- Design and conduct laboratory experiments to investigate new chemical reactions, materials, and processes.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and relevant software to draw conclusions and inform future research.
- Develop and optimize new chemical synthesis routes and process technologies.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and patent applications based on research findings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including process engineers and product developers, to evaluate the feasibility of new technologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering and related scientific fields.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 2-4 years of experience in chemical research and development, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong background in organic synthesis, catalysis, or materials science.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation.
- Experience with data analysis software and scientific literature review.
- Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
