You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing synthetic routes, meticulously documenting your work and contributing to the overall research objectives.

• Design and execute multi-step synthetic routes for target organic molecules.
• Perform reactions on various scales, from milligrams to grams.
• Purify synthesized compounds using techniques such as column chromatography and recrystallization.
• Characterize synthesized materials using analytical methods like NMR, MS, and IR spectroscopy.
• Troubleshoot synthetic procedures and optimize reaction conditions for improved yield and purity.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and contribute to technical reports.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry research.
