About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join their team in Soweto. This role is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, leading a team of retail associates, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will assist in managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop leadership capabilities within a dynamic retail environment.

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
• Supervise and guide retail associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Support inventory management processes, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
