You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales on a daily basis.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and store policies.
• Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is clean and tidy.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is advantageous but not essential.
