Floor Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead the retail operations and customer experience at their flagship store in Soweto. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales floor, managing staff performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of retail best practices.

You will play a key role in creating an engaging environment for both customers and staff, contributing significantly to the store's success and upholding the brand's reputation in the vibrant community of Soweto.

• Supervise and direct the sales floor team, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team.
