• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of telecoms sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role within the telecommunications sector .
