Dispatch Clerk

Our client is seeking an organized and efficient Dispatch Clerk to manage the outgoing shipment process at their facility in Soweto . This role is vital for ensuring that all orders are correctly prepared, documented, and dispatched on time to meet customer expectations. You will work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to coordinate the smooth flow of goods from the warehouse to their final destination.

Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount in this position.

• Prepare and organize outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate and complete.
• Generate and verify dispatch notes, invoices, and other shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with transport providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide updates on delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all dispatched goods comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all dispatch activities and update the dispatch log accordingly.

• Previous experience in a dispatch , shipping, or warehouse administrative role.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and basic logistics procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
