This role focuses on the critical functions of picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, playing a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using scanning equipment.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate boxes or containers for shipment.
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
• Conduct quality checks on picked items and packaged goods to ensure they meet standards.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or picking/packing role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20kg).
• Familiarity with warehouse scanning technology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
