FMCG Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is seeking a diligent and organized FMCG Warehouse Supervisor to manage and optimize operations within their distribution center in Soweto . You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of FMCG products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a hands‑on approach, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management best practices within the fast‑paced consumer goods environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Oversee the accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of all FMCG products, maintaining inventory integrity.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Train and mentor warehouse team members, fostering a culture of performance and safety.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG sector .
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to warehouse environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, physically demanding role.
