We are currently recruiting for an experienced Highways Project Manager to work on a major road reconstruction in the Spalding area of Lincolnshire. This role will be assisting in a £1.8m active travel scheme to upgrade walking, cycling and similar routes around Spalding. Immediate start for the right candidate.

The Role

This is a hands-on, Site Based position overseeing highways maintenance works, with a strong focus on street works and similar, including:

New cycle lanes
new road construction
278 works
Supervising site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time

The majority of work will be carried out on day shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Highways PM
Essential:
Highways experience
Proven experience managing highways and civil engineering projects
Strong understanding of health & safety and highways operations
Valid CSCS and relevant supervisory certifications preferred Package
