Assistant Site Manager Gosberton PE11
Location: Gosberton, PE11
Start: ASAP
Project: New Build Housing Development
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new build housing project in Gosberton (PE11), starting ASAP.
The Role- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
- Monitoring progress and quality of works
- Assisting with site documentation and reporting
- Helping ensure the project runs safely, efficiently and to programme
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Previous experience working on new build housing developments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
