Pay: £120 - £261 per day (depending on role & experience – long‑term roles paid to scale MPS‑UPS where applicable)
We're recruiting teachers and teaching staff for a wide range of primary and secondary schools across Spalding and the surrounding area. We have opportunities to suit your circumstances, including day‑to‑day supply, short- and long-term assignments, temp‑to‑perm, and permanent roles. Whether you're an ECT, experienced teacher, cover supervisor, or support staff, we'd love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For- QTS in the UK or substantial UK classroom experience
- Experience in primary and/or secondary settings
- A proactive, flexible and professional approach
- Strong classroom management skills
- Confident, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons appropriate to age and ability
- Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
- Adapt confidently to different schools and settings
- Work collaboratively with school staff
- Primary Teachers (EYFS–Year
6) - Secondary Subject Teachers
- SEN & SEMH Teachers
- Cover Supervisors
- Heads of Department
- English, Maths, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- Humanities (History, Geography)
- MFL (French, Spanish)
- Art, Design Technology, Music, Drama, PE, ICT and more
