OTE: £55,000 (with overtime) Company Van & Company wide Bonus + excellent benefits!

Whether you’re a Maintenance Engineer or Refrigeration Engineer, we’ll give you the training and support to build a long-term career as a Field Service Engineer on our bespoke products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Service, maintain, and repair refrigeration equipment on customer sites.

* Travel across the East UK (occasional overnight stays).

* Join the call-out rota (1 weekend in
8) with generous overtime rates.

* Solve problems hands-on, directly with customers.

* Keep service records up to date and look after your company van and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

* Background as a Maintenance Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or Field Service Engineer.

* Worked with refrigeration and ammonia.

* Strong mechanical knowledge – electrical skills a bonus.

* Professional, customer-focused, and flexible to travel.

* Physically capable for a hands-on engineering role.

* Full right to work in the UK.
