We are proud to be recruiting a Registered Nurse for a newly registered, purpose-led nursing care home in Spalding. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing service from its early stages and help shape a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role within the home, setting high standards of care and supporting both residents and colleagues to thrive.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the safe, effective delivery of high-quality nursing care. You will lead and support a team of care and nursing staff, ensuring every resident receives person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

You will be a visible, hands-on clinical leader, confident in decision-making and passionate about delivering outstanding care in a supportive residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care staff on shift
Ensure clinical standards, policies, and best practice are consistently met
Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication management
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Contribute to the positive culture and ongoing development of the service

What We’re Looking For

A valid UK NMC registration (PIN)
Experience working within a healthcare or nursing care setting
A strong commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate care
Confident leadership skills with a flexible, proactive approach
Motivated, professional, and values-driven with a genuine passion for nursing
Newly qualified nurses with the right attitude and values are encouraged to apply.
