Monday – Thursday, 7:00am – 4:30pm 4-day working week! Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an Electronic Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Chesterfield. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in electronics assembly and soldering who is looking for a hands-on role within a professional manufacturing environment — and a 4-day working week!

The Role As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products to a high standard, working from technical drawings, schematics and detailed work instructions. Duties of a Electronic Assembler:
Assembling electronic components, PCBs and wiring harnesses Hand-soldering electronic components to a high standard Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics and work instructions Using hand tools and equipment including soldering irons, crimpers, wire strippers and microscopes Carrying out mechanical assembly , mounting components and securing hardware Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment Ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved Completing production records, work orders and inspection documentation Identifying and reporting any defects or quality issues Working in line with company QMS and AS9100 procedures Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping About You We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment Experience in electronics assembly and soldering The ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity Experience using assembly tools and equipment A positive, reliable and self-motivated approach Basic computer skills Desirable:
Knowledge of IPC standards Experience operating SMT, flow solder or wave solder equipment Previous experience within aerospace, electronics or precision manufacturing What's on Offer? £24,055 – £24,991 salary Monday – Thursday, 7am – 4:30pm 4-day working week!
