Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment Drive sales and achieve store targets Manage stock, deliveries, and ensure high retail standards Take ownership of store operations when the Store Manager is away Create a positive, energetic workplace where the team can thrive

What We Are Looking For :
