South Holland District Council is recruiting a Housing Advice Officer to support the Housing Hub in delivering housing advice, homelessness prevention and housing options. You will be the first line of contact for housing and homelessness queries and referrals, focusing on preventing homelessness and guiding residents through available options.
The role requires experience dealing with members of the public, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and strong written and numeracy skills.
