We are recruiting forklift drivers for our busy client based in Spalding. The successful candidate will operate a forklift to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and support warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals seeking long-term work with the potential to go permanent.

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11

Shift: Days 07:00 - 18:00 (flexible shifts, especially weekends)

Pay: £13.47 per hour

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles
• Move products and materials to designated storage locations
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and warehouse procedures
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation and storage

• Hold a valid and in-date forklift licence
• Ability to work flexible shifts, especially weekends
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a racking warehouse environment
• Good understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
