Outpatient. - Contract Length
: 3 months with option to extend. - Shift
: M-F Days, 40 hrs per week.
- Weekly Pay
: negotiable. - Travel & Lodging Included.
- Malpractice Insurance Covered.
- Must have an active WAlicense.
- FQHC experience required.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Valid DEA.
