Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Pay Rate: $/hr (based on education and experience)

• Before School:
  Monday 6:15 am‑10:25 am;
  Tuesday‑Friday 6:15 am‑9:30 am
• After School:
  Monday‑Friday 3 pm‑6 pm

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable.
• Lead by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, follow safety protocols, and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communication: effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR (in‑person).
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma or GED required.
• Background check with fingerprinting.
