PayRate
$17.50–$19.50 /hr (based on education and experience)
Program Hours- 6:30 am‑9:25 am & 3:00 pm‑6:00 pm Monday‑Friday
- Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and maintain team accountability.
- Organize and Facilitate Daily
Activities:
prepare activities and curriculum for the day; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages. - Leading by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals through positive guidance and effective classroom management.
- Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Communication: effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Team‑player
- At least one year of experience working with children under 13 (preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Passion for inspiring a love of learning and commitment to healthy living
- Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
- Meet state‑specific requirements
- First Aid and CPR— in‑person
- Cleared tuberculosis test
- Food Handlers Card Proof of MMR
- 18 + years of age
- Proof of high school diploma/GED required
- Background check with fingerprinting
