Program Manager. Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students.

Program Manager Pay Rate: $22.50‑24.50/hr (based on education and experience)

Schedule:

• Before School Shift: Mon 6:15‑10:25am;
  Tue‑Fri 6:15‑9:30am
• After School Shift: 3‑6pm Mon‑Fri

You’ll Drive The Mission By:

• Safety & Joy:
  Demonstrate role‑model qualities, support safety and joy standards, maintain site documents and licensing, outline protocols, coach staff, and maintain team cohesion.
• Safety Assurance:
  Consistently support and report on safety protocols and mitigate potential risks.
• Effective Communication:
  Engage families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly during program hours; collaborate with Area Manager.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins/out and “name‑to‑face” procedures.
• Daily Routine:
  Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.

Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following:

• Experience with competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• 12 credits minimum of a 100+ level college courses.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong communication skills with adults and children.
• Professional behavior modeling for students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.

Washington Requirements:

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• Food handlers card.
• 18+ years of age.
• 12 credits minimum of a 100+ level college course.
• Cleared background check with fingerprinting.
