• Lead the experience:
  Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves
• Be the solution:
  Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction
• Understand that teamwork is key:
  Work with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Be in the know:
  Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features

• A humble and hospitable demeanor
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
• A desire to learn and grow
• The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
