Insulation Install Crew Lead

Capitol Duct Cleaning is looking for an experienced and motivated Insulation Install Crew Lead to join our growing team in Spanaway, WA. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll guide a skilled crew to deliver top-quality insulation installations for our valued customers. • Lead and supervise insulation installation crew on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Perform hands‑on installation of insulation materials including blown‑in, batt
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate daily crew schedules, job site logistics, and material needs
• Communicate job progress and any issues directly with management
• Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety practices
• Conduct job site inspections before, during, and after installations

• 2+ years of hands‑on insulation installation experience required
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and building codes
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious work ethic
