Irontown Modular is looking for an individual that is experienced in construction business development, is self‑motivated, hungry for sales, and ready to grow with our company. We focus on single and multi‑family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plans, specifications, and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy‑efficient building.

Requirements

• Construction background and experience in New Home Sales, Land Development / Entitlement, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Sales, Working directly with Construction Developers

The duties include finding, developing, and closing preconstruction and construction contracts for new custom modular projects. Most projects are orchestrated over the phone and require excellent phone skills, construction and financing knowledge, communication skills, and follow‑up. Must be team oriented.

Salary

$75,000 - $95,000 per year base plus commission ranging from $20,000 to $70,000.
