Pay: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year.

Are you passionate about making a profound impact on the lives of teenage girls facing complex challenges? If you have a background in psychology, behavioral science, social work, or a related field, New Haven invites you to join our team as a Clinical Therapist.

We offer a therapeutic environment situated in Spanish Fork, Utah, dedicated to adolescent females ages 14 to 18 and their families. Our focus extends beyond the ordinary, addressing issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, and mental health nuances. Join us in this meaningful journey where passion converges with purpose.

• Conduct individual therapeutic sessions with students.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions with students and parents.
• Lead specialized group therapy sessions.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
• Engage in regular clinical meetings and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sessions and progress.
• Participate in family weekends, providing therapeutic support.
• Organize and lead two-day camping trips twice a year.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
• Fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) or associate licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC).
• Committed to client growth through collaborative, team-based care.
• Preferred two years of therapy experience, including individual, family, and group sessions.
• One year of residential setting experience with relational and experiential modalities is a plus.
• Skilled in treatment planning; must pass a state background check.
• Must have or be willing to create a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI number.
