The platform we offer our customers is made up of both internally‑developed and off‑the‑shelf hardware, fused together with internally‑developed software. Our customers rely on us to ensure that this combination of hardware and software is configured correctly.

• Configure electronic components such as:
  • Cameras
  • Speakers
  • Modems
• Adjust/change host files, domain names, & other addresses
• Input information into ERP system
• Keep up & ahead of production schedule
• Kit Live Unit components on rolling carts

• Experience configuring:
  • Host files
  • Domain names
  • TCP/IP/DHCP address resolution and scopes
• Must have an understanding of basic computer networking knowledge
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and other computer software with minimal assistance
• Required to operate efficiently with minimal supervision
• Troubleshooting experience using a multimeter is preferred
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
