*** We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientated Quotation Specialist to join our team!
** Key Activities and Responsibilities
*** Follow the global Enquiry to Quote process and business rules to create quotes for Customized products and MTO requests including finalizing order entry and advanced technical support when needed.
* When needed:
Act as gatekeeper/dispatcher ensuring quality of incoming requests and assigning requests within the Global Engineered Solutions Quotation Team.
* Convert Salesman Request for Quote (SRFQ) into enquiries.
* Validate the Customized Solutions Sales Pipeline according to Business rules.
* Prepare official quotations, setting prices according to global Coromant pricing strategy.
* Provide simpler drawings, based on design templates.
* Make a judgement on the need for more complex design.
* Assigning design tasks to the Design Team.
* Collaborate with Coromant Supply function to receive supply quotes and drawings.
* Create and/or validate product data/material  SAP.
* Manage cases through Dynamics Case Management.
* Finalizing the order in SAP as needed.
* Working and communicating with SRT Design Team, Customer Service and Technical Dept, ensuring that both design and quotation timelines align with department KPI’s, in order to provide strong support to sales units to win more business. Living the Sandvik Core Values.
