Culver’s in Utah is seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Supervisor to lead 3–5 Culver’s locations. This hands-on role works with General Managers and their teams to drive operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will coach leaders, develop talent, conduct regular visits, manage labor, food cost, and guest service, and travel between sites to ensure consistency and readiness for high-volume periods.
