ResponsibilitiesYour objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe, an achievement typically requiring up to a year. You will cultivate and expand your market presence, transition to a mentor role, and impart success strategies to new team members. - Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
