Lead day-to-day residential operations, coach direct-support staff, protect documentation quality, and maintain a safe, organized home where residents can make meaningful progress. Compensation: $20–$23 per hour

Location:

Spanish Fork, Utah

• Coach staff on company standards, client behavior plans, and documentation quality.
• Build the team schedule, monitor service hours, and ensure every shift is covered.
• Review notes, incident reports, timecards, medication records, and required checklists.
• Lead monthly team meetings, training, and quarterly staff reviews.
• Coordinate medication refills, health appointments, meal planning, household supplies, and maintenance needs.
• Support crisis response and step into direct-care shifts when coverage is unavailable.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of management experience.
• Experience supporting people with autism, op positional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to transport clients when assigned.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
