Thompson Tractor, in partnership with South Georgia Technical College (SGTC), offers the ThinkBIG Scholarship—an accredited two-year program combining coursework with paid internships toward an Associate’s Degree in Applied Diesel Technology. Participants receive Caterpillar-specific training, tools, and uniforms while studying and gaining real-world experience at Thompson Tractor.
