Overview
Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in a home setting in Spanish Fort, AL. Compensation: $120/eval plus 2 units.
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health professionals
- Maintains thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Has own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists especially with hospice patients
- Actively licensed as an FL Physical Therapist
PRN (per diem) therapist: part of an on‑call pool of therapists. Offers flexible schedule, variety of settings, higher rates, no long‑term contracts, weekend/holiday shifts, skill maintenance, and networking opportunities.
CompensationUp to $120/eval + 2 units.
