Bright Star Care of Greater Mobile is hiring reliable, skilled RNs to support Infusion, IVIG, Wound Care, PICC line care, and more in Spanish Fort and surrounding areas.
The Infusion / Wound Care Registered Nurse provides skilled in-home nursing care, including wound management and infusion therapy. This role focuses on delivering safe, effective, one-to-one patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to support strong clinical outcomes.
Wound Care :- Complete wound assessments and implement treatment plans
- Cleanse, dress, and monitor wounds using aseptic technique
- Update care plans based on healing progress and educate patients
- Administer IV medications and therapies, including IVIG
- Manage and maintain vascular access devices (peripheral and central lines)
- Monitor patients for reactions and provide caregiver education
Additional Skilled Services:
Short skilled visits may include wound care, lab draws, teaching / training, and other RN-level skilled tasks.
- Active RN license
- 1+ year nursing experience
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR, and current TB
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical nursing tasks
