Do you love caring for animals and keeping things clean, cozy, and comfortable? Parvin Animal Clinic is looking for a dedicated Kennel Assistant to support our hardworking team and help us provide a safe, welcoming environment for pets and their families!
Our Kennel team plays a huge role in our success — you’re the heartbeat behind the scenes, making sure every patient feels safe, every space shines, and every team member has what they need to deliver amazing care.
What We're Looking For:- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and handle pets safely
- Previous kennel/animal handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Provide loving care for boarding and hospitalized pets
- Clean and sanitize kennels, treatment areas, and common spaces
- Walk, feed, bathe, and comfort pets
- Assist with stocking supplies and general clinic organization
- Support the veterinary team as needed
- Full-time or part-time
- 4/10 schedule
- Monday–Friday with rotating or intermittent weekends
- Compensation: $11-13 per hour, for each hour worked*

- 1+ year of kennel or animal handling experience
- Commitment to a career in veterinary medicine with ongoing training
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Boarding Feline – medicating, care, cage maintenance
- Boarding Canine – medicating, care, walking/kennel maintenance
- Record-keeping
- Patient restraint / light tech assisting
