• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Responsible for accurate coding, verification, and electronic entry of Accounts Payable data into an Automated Accounting System.
• Reconcile freight invoices to shipping database.
• Perform research as requested by internal/external auditors and PMs and maintain back-end scanning and record retention.

• Frequently walk, sit, stand, climb stairs and steps.
• Frequently repeat same hand, arm, and finger motion many times to include finger and hand dexterity.
• Rarely lift or carry up to 20 lbs.

• Rarely exposed to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.
• Rarely exposed to loud noises.

• Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems
• Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential

• Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
