The Principal BTM Construction Manager is the senior owner’s representative responsible for the safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of Tract’s behind-the-meter (BTM) power solutions serving large-scale data center campuses.

These solutions can include gas-powered assets (reciprocating engines, turbines, fuel cells), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and associated electrical infrastructure (MV switch gear, transformers, interconnection, controls). This role leads end-to-end construction execution from notice-to-proceed (NTP) through commercial operation (COD), ensuring that each plant is built to Tract’s standards for safety, quality, reliability, and scalability.

This is Tract’s anchor hire for BTM construction. The initial focus will be projects in the Reno, NV and Texas regions, with a clear path to build and lead a broader construction team as we scale to additional campuses.
