Project Manager, Operations Management

Come work as a Project Manager at KyKR, where strong Team Leadership skills are noticed and genuinely valued. The shape of it is simple — bring 7 years and Conflict Resolution, take home $103,000 - $152,000, and grow into whatever KyKR builds next.

• Keep Growth Mindset handoffs warm so Sparks partners never feel dropped
• Turn 8 of pattern recognition into faster general calls
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Keep the hybrid schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Field curveballs from Sparks clients without losing the thread

• Resilience measured across 6 years of general cycles
• 8+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings
• Customer-focused outlook with strong interpersonal skills

KyKR grew from a Sparks kitchen table into a question-everything general company that Sparks, NV now genuinely depends on. Here, ownership means you're empowered to fix what's broken without waiting for permission.

At KyKR, you'll find $103,000 - $152,000, a four-day flex week option, and ongoing coaching to deepen your Attention Management skills.
