Base pay range: $52,000 – $72,800 per year.

Salary: $70,000 – $115,000 DOE.

• Assists the Project Manager and Superintendent in overall project coordination.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Update and maintain project filing system, all sets of drawings, specifications, and logs.
• Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals.
• Prepare complete, accurate, and timely submittal logs.
• Prepare and maintain RFI logs, submittals, and expediting logs.
• Accurately process, distribute, and manage RFIs.Code costs and verify correct codes on timesheets.
• Ensure contract document logs are maintained and updated as needed.
• Prepare and document extra work orders.
• Review and change order submittals and quantity surveys.
• Compile contract close documents.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions as needed.
• Develop bid packages and manage schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of experience (a plus).
• Electrical experience is a plus.
  
  Must understand the entire construction process from design through project close-out.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Ability to prioritize, complete tasks, and address issues in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Procore, Accubid, Bluebeam and scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
