** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Associate’s Degree in Technology, Management, or Engineering discipline
* Typically, 6+ years of progressive engineering lab experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.
* Knowledgeable in the use of various electronic systems analysis and test equipment.
* Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and manuals
* Good interpersonal relationship skills and able to work with a wide variety of technical engineers and employees
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Demonstrated responsibility to be able to maintain lab inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and company-owned equipment
* Ability to oversee production efforts for quick reaction products to support field and development programs
* Familiarity with planning and coordinating resources for testing sensors and systems on a variety of test platforms
* Exposure to safe and secure operations in the lab to adhere to local Ground & Standard Operating Procedures
* Experience in managing and operating a SCIF lab in accordance with applicable DoD security requirements
* Mechanical and electrical experience to assist all levels of engineering technicians
* Maintain IPC certification for soldering and cable assembly
* Must be able to pass and maintain DOT medical to drive company vehicles over 12,000 and tow.
* Ability to travel when required.
