Chemical Supplier Quality Engineer, LFP Cell Manufacturing

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for critical component development, quality management, continuous improvement, qualification activities at suppliers, and managing the incoming quality program. The role requires effective communication with internal and external teams, conducting failure analysis, leading statistical process control activities for critical components, process development, First Article Inspection planning and execution, and on-the-spot critical decision making.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma or ASQ certification preferred.
• Experience with Quality Systems and PPAP/APQP processes preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of GD&T, sampling inspection, and statistics.
• Leadership abilities and experience managing safety-critical parts.
• Effective communication skills to manage supplier activities and meet customer requirements.
• Project management skills.
