What To ExpectSr. NPI Technical Program Manager will support the LFP Stack Module Manufacturing team. This role will focus on engineering prototype A and B build phases (operations support and coordination, manage validation trial requests, ramp planning). The Senior TPM will lead C and D build phases (core team leadership, program schedule, build plan, materials coordination, build execution, allocation management, issue tracking). The Senior TPM will also lead and mentor direct reports, helping them grow personally and professionally.
They will lead changes to sustaining products with minimal interruption to production flow. They will do this while understanding available resources and allocating them appropriately. They will understand how decisions in one area impact other departments and operational goals, track details, and manage actions to closure. The Senior TPM will ensure cross‑functional team adherence to NPI processes and procedures.
- Manage the cross‑functional team to ensure successful launches of new products into the LFP Cell Manufacturing team
- Lead build core team meetings to coordinate all aspects of prototype builds, set build plans and evaluate constraints, guide and mentor junior team members
- Drive material readiness with supply chain and material planning teams
- Provide direction to project engineers for priorities and trial requirements; own product roadmaps
- Perform cost analyses to reduce product cost and manage inventory
- Aid in the development and roll‑out of NPI structure and processes
- Coordinate with process and quality engineers to support new product roll‑outs
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum six years experience in a mix of engineering and project management fields, with evidence of exceptional ability managing multiple complex programs/projects simultaneously
- Experience in R&D/production/manufacturing environment (semi‑automated preferred)
- Executive‑level communication skills, both verbal and written, to technical and non‑technical team members
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage large teams
- Works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously; ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Command of English language, both written and verbal
