** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Associate's degree in a related field of study, at least 10 years of relevant experience  + A higher-level degree may substitute for experience  + Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Ability to understand and interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
* Comprehensive understanding of the use of standard laboratory test equipment, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, Oscilloscope,  Pitot static equipment, other measurement equipment, hand tools, and power tools
* Ability to Obtain/Maintain Secret Clearance
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Experience with troubleshooting and repair of complex systems
* Basic skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, and wiring installation
* Understanding of soldering techniques
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with technical documentation and writing of repair/trouble shooting documentation
* Experience with Linux systems
* Experience with RF cable testing
* Cable build and system assembly
* Experience with IPv4 and IPv6
* Prior experience in a Lead role; the ability to mentor, train, guide and inspect the work of subordinates
