Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is a patient-focused, physician-led home health agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Our team works collaboratively to support clients in achieving the highest level of independence and quality of life in their own homes.

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
• Assist patients in improving mobility, self-care, and daily living activities
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Document patient progress in accordance with agency and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care

• Current NV COTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred but not required
