CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST, Full Time Varied days/swing shifts

Northern Nevada Health System invites applications for the CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST position. This full‑time role offers a convenient flexible day/swing shift schedule.

Responsibilities include processing laboratory specimens and reporting results in all areas of the clinical laboratory. The scientist will maintain laboratory records, follow policies and procedures, and uphold quality control practices.

• Function independently across blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, serology/immunology, and phlebotomy.
• Perform high‑complexity testing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of expected lab values for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Notify patient caregivers and/or physicians of critical lab values.

• Nevada State Licensure as a General Supervisor required.
